The export declaration is necessary for all goods leaving French territory for a third country. Since the implementation of the Brexit, it has also become mandatory with the United Kingdom. Export declaration : a process controlled by BIMS

All goods leaving the country are likely to be checked, which is why our customs declarants produce your logistical envelope containing all the declarations that comply with the regulations and thus avoid slowing down your logistical flows !

Your export request must be sent to us at least 24 hours in advance with the invoice for your goods, the vehicle's plate numbers and the signed mandate. While waiting for your truck driver to arrive at the approved location, we will prepare the declaration via our AKANEA system. A unique EU number to secure your trade: EORI (Economic Operator Registration and Identification) is mandatory to export but the application for this number is very easy to make on the customs website and is granted very quickly (less than 2 hours).
